5. No Find – No Fee Policy

Our “No Find – No Fee” policy applies under the following conditions:

• • Applies to internal hot and cold pipe leaks only (excludes central heating leaks and incoming mains).
  • Not applicable to damp or water damage caused by construction defects.
  • Service is not applicable where no plumbing leaks are found.
  • Leak detection is limited to a single 8-hour working day.
  • Applies to domestic properties only, with a maximum of one kitchen and up to three bathrooms (including WC/cloakroom, en-suite, etc.).
  • Leak detection is considered successful once the leak has been narrowed down to a specific room and/or an area of approximately 5m x 5m.
  • Additional charges may apply if multiple leaks are identified or if a return visit is required.
  • Leak access and repair works are charged separately and are not included in the leak detection service.
  • Our “No Fee” policy applies only when the above conditions are met.

6. Limitation of Liability
